Baseball Video: How to get a huge lead and not get picked

Baseball Players, pay attention to this simple strategy on Getting a Big lead as it can make all the difference of whether you are OUT or SAFE at second base, especially as you start to move up in age.

How To Steal Second Base

In this video I’m sharing with you one of my tricks I used to be very consistent with my leads and have constant awareness of the size of my lead while at 1st base.

Pitchers and managers knew I was a base stealing threat every time I got on first so I had to learn exactly what I could do and not do as a base stealer. I recall 1 game vs. Santa Ana College where the pitcher picked over 8 times in a row. That is a lot. But they knew I was going to steal second at some point and they were doing whatever they could to disrupt my game. But I was always in control and aware of my size lead and they could never pick me off.

One of the keys to success is knowing what teams, pitchers and or catchers to take advantage of. Once I saw a weakness it was up to me and my skill to steal a bag, but the size of my lead and knowing what pitch the pitcher was throwing put the odds in my favor.

Watch this video to see how I did it.

Take action right away and put this knowledge to the test. Once you understand what you are capable of doing your Confidence as a base stealing threat will Sky Rocket!
